The UW Cyber Defense team participates in the Collegiate Cyber Defense Competitions. These competitions focus on defensive tactics and practical skills for securing a heterogeneous network of computers under adversarial conditions. Check out the National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (NCCDC) website for more general information on the competition.

The team has won the Pacific Rim Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (PRCCDC) in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. We have also taken first place at the National competition in 2011.
