In between my undergraduate and graduate studies I spent a year at Bridgewater Associates.
My research interests are at the intersection of machine learning and medicine. Medicine presents sets of constraints, including (but not limited to) small datasets and a strong need for interpretability, that have limited the adoption of modern ML techniques in the field. My work is focused on developing methods to overcome these constraints.News:
