I do... What I love to do...

I am a second year Ph.D student at the University of Washington, advised by Shwetak Patel in the Ubiquitous Computing (UbiComp) lab. My research focuses on ultra-low power and non-invasive sensing on embedded systems for user interaction, sustainability and health.

Before joining Ubicomp, I completed my undergraduate studies at Sharif University of Technology with a major in Electrical Engineering. I had the opportunity to research on implementing an ultra-low power heart rate monitoring system in Ali Fotowat Ahmadi's lab.
