
Welcome to my website! I am Jungo Kasai, a fourth-year PhD student in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Washington advised by Professor
Noah A. Smith.
Prior to UW, I received a B.S. in Statistics at Yale University, advised by Professor
Robert Frank and Dr.
Owen Rambow from Columbia. I also worked on projects with Professor
Dragomir Radev in the Department of Computer Science. I was a member of the
LILY Lab and the
CLAY Lab.
My research interests include text generation, machine translation, multilingual NLP, structured prediction, and neural networks.
