Scoring algorithm: The primary determinant of finishing
position is the number of problems correctly solved.
Penalty points determine the finishing position among teams
that have the same number of problems correctly solved.
Penalty points are assessed only for problems correctly
solved (and thus are comparable only among teams with the
same number of problems correctly solved). One penalty
point is charged for each minute that elapses from the start
of the contest until the correct solution is submitted.
Twenty penalty points are charged for the submission of an
incorrect solution.
