- Obtain a formal letter from OTT attesting to your ownership
- You can then manage the technology yourself, or assign it to UW and ask OTT to manage it
- I strongly recommend assigning and asking OTT to manage
- If you continue working on the code at UW, then you must assign or you are in significant jeopardy
