Once upon a time ...
- computers, telephones, televisions, FAXes, videoconferencing systems, etc., were different devices
- broadcast, cable, satellite, telephone, etc., were independent media
- you got a single phone bill
Well, times have changed!
- And we in Washington in the middle of much of this change!
