Driving takes about 25 minutes (allow up to 60 minutes during rush hour). Note that some rental car companies are located conveniently on airport property, but others are off-site, so you will need to take their shuttle bus and allow extra time (30 minutes is more than enough).
The database used by taxi dispatchers recognizes “Paul Allen Center” but not “Allen Center”. Or use an app such as Uber or Lyft.
