Pim Lustig
Course Coordinator
I coordinate the administrative operations for courses in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington. My work includes advising teaching staff on university and departmental policies and procedures, supporting students with course-related administrative matters, and coordinating course logistics. I oversee all aspects of the quarterly time schedule and maintain course databases and web content.
A central part of my role is managing the hiring, scheduling, and supervision of several hundred teaching assistants each quarter, ensuring consistent support across a large and complex instructional program.
I also provide continuity in the administration of undergraduate courses—particularly large introductory courses—working with a rotating group of faculty and teaching assistants.
