I coordinate the administrative operation for courses in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington. My job duties include advising teaching staff of university and department policy and procedures; handling administrative issues for students enrolled in the courses; coordinating course logistics; handling all issues related to the quarterly time schedule; maintaining course databases and web pages; managing TA hiring, scheduling and supervision. Furthermore, I provide continuity for the administration of the undergraduate courses (particularly the large introductory courses) to a rotating set of faculty and teaching assistants (TAs).
