I was also working with Prof Serafim Batzoglou and Prof Andrew Ng in CS at Stanford.

I graduated Stanford in 2008 and joined the faculty of Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) Lane Center for Computational Biology (Computational Biology Department) and Machine Learning Department.

I joined the faculty of the UW in January 2010. At the UW, I am an Assistant Professor jointly appointed to Computer Science & Engineering at the College of Engineering and Genome Sciences at the School of Medicine.
