Validator can create bogus votes.
- Tallier recognizes these as valid votes.
- Validator can do this till the # votes < # voters.
- Although people who did not vote, may identify the fraud but vote forgery must be prevented without additional burden to the voters and with no burden to non-voters.
- The modification is to have a multiple-validator system
( DuRette-1999).
- No single administrator has the power to cast the vote on the behalf of any legitimate voter.
- In a n-validator system, a vote should be signed by at least t validators. Thus no validator will be able to know the complete list of the voters who have cast their votes.
- Its preferred that the validators be of opposite political party etc. so that they have no reasons to collude.
