- Fleetwood Place
- the headquarters of the Nick whilst in Palasach (5).
- Flivin
- a Sanctuary thief (13).
- Fly
- an annoying insect. Somewhat larger than a Flea (15).
- Fmph
- the sound of a teleporting Sanctuary Assassin. Not to be confused with Foomph (5,6).
- Foomph
- the sound a dumension-jumping Assassin makes when he enters or leaves your dimension (17).
- Forge
- an ancient fire in which magical items could be wrought as cannot be made today. Daluin-Ahnk was a primary Elvin forge. Carlblagh-Uin was the major Troll forge (8,9).
- Forallah
- `gutterslut' who picks up Luse, then Jace in Palasach. Hates Ugly Dan (4).
- Francis
- Vido's first name (27).
- Friedrich
- companion of Balinarch (5). Once confined to the Mandratha City Mental Facility (18). Escaped but was reinstated (39).
- Free Religion Act of 1344
- an Illishietien decree allowing religious groups of at least 30 members to pass through or take residence in Elvin land as long as they had no schemes against the Elves, their land, or their government (13).
